A Tale of two Tractors

This is the brilliance of my husband’s mind captured on camera.

The earth was soft; the disk heavy and the tractor feeble.  Attempts to pull the disc through the field with the Massey 50 only got him stuck.  Undaunted, he backed the Allis Chalmers in front of the Massey and chained the two together.  He set his little brother behind the wheel of old Allis and the motley train rumbled off down the  field, flaying that smug and disobliging mud into submission beneath its wheels and disks.  The boys were tickled pink with their own ingenuity as evidenced by the exultant grin on their hillbilly mugs, having proved that after all, two tractors are better than one.
